Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
This policy explains what information Advantage Loans collects when you use getadvantageloans.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Please read it before submitting a request.
1. Who we are
Advantage Loans (“Advantage Loans,” “we,” “us”) operates getadvantageloans.com. We are not a lender. We are a marketing service that collects business funding requests and shares them with independent funding providers who may contact you about working capital and related products.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you complete our request form, we collect:
- Your name, business name, email address and phone number
- Your business website, if you choose to provide it
- Business details: the amount of funding you are seeking, how long you have been in business, average monthly revenue, industry, state, how many advances or loans you have, whether you are behind on payments or in bankruptcy, what the funding is for and how soon you need it
- Your estimated credit score as a range. This is a self-reported estimate. We do not check your credit.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank login or bank account numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed and time on the site
- Where you came from, including advertising campaign details in the link you clicked (for example UTM tags and Facebook click identifiers)
- Information collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in section 7
Answers saved as you go
As you move through the request form, we save the answers you have entered so far, even if you never finish. This partial record does not include your name, email, phone number or business name, because we ask for those on the last step. We use it to see where people leave the form and to improve it.
Records of your consent
When you submit a request, we keep a record of the consent you gave, including the exact wording shown to you, the date and time, and your IP address. We keep this so we can show that you agreed to be contacted.
3. How we use your information
- To review your request and share it with funding providers whose requirements may fit your business
- To contact you, or to allow funding providers to contact you, about your request
- To verify that your phone number and email are real and to prevent fraud and spam
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, including telling advertising platforms which ads led to a completed request
- To comply with the law and to keep records of consent
4. Who we share your information with
Funding providers and brokers. The main reason you give us your information is so that we can share it. We share your request, including your contact details and business details, with independent funding providers, brokers and their representatives. We may share it with more than one, so more than one company may contact you. We may receive payment from these companies. Once a funding provider has your information, their own privacy policy applies to how they use it.
Service providers. Companies that help us run the site, such as website hosting, database storage, text message and phone verification, email delivery and analytics. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Advertising platforms. We may send limited event information to advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for example that a request was completed, along with a scrambled (hashed) version of your email or phone number so the platform can match it. We do not send your revenue, credit score range or other business answers to advertising platforms.
Legal and business reasons. We may disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to protect rights, safety and security, or in connection with a sale or merger of our business.
Sale of personal information. Under some state laws, sharing your information with funding providers in exchange for payment counts as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. In the past 12 months we have disclosed the categories of information listed in section 2 to funding providers and brokers for this purpose. See section 8 for how to opt out.
5. How long we keep information
We keep requests and consent records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping needs, generally up to five years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner and the law allows it.
6. Calls, texts and email
If you agreed to be contacted when you submitted your request, we and the funding providers we share it with may call and text you, including with automated technology, and email you. You can opt out at any time:
- Reply STOP to any text message
- Click the unsubscribe link in any email
- Tell any caller to stop, or contact us using the details below and we will help you reach the providers who have your information
See our Disclosures for the full consent wording.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to run the site, understand how it is used and measure our advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our site does not currently respond to these signals, but we do honor opt-outs sent through a browser or device setting called Global Privacy Control where required by law.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and other states, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and sell or share
- Access a copy of your information and ask us to correct it
- Delete your information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Not be treated differently for using these rights
To use any of these rights, including to opt out of sale or sharing, email us at delicolabs@gmail.com or call (604) 345-3786. Put “Privacy Request” in the subject line and include your name, business name and the email and phone number you used on the form so we can find your request. We may need to verify your identity first. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
When you ask us to opt out or delete, we will stop sharing your information going forward and tell the funding providers we shared it with to delete it where the law requires. We cannot control information a funding provider has already received and is using under its own policy, but we will help you contact them.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our site is for business owners aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make major changes, we will post a notice on the site.
